Refund Policy for Palm Street Foods

At Palm Street Foods, we take pride in delivering a quality product from our factory to your doorstep. Our Chiles Rellenos are packaged frozen and are guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition in a timely manner. If there are any issues with your order, we'll make it right!

How to Identify Issues with Your Order

When your order arrives, please check the following:

  • Chiles Rellenos: The items should be firm and cold to the touch. If product is not fully frozen, it is OK to place immediately in the freezer to re-freeze. Our product is fully cooked and contains no meat.

  • Packaging: There should be no damage to the packaging or signs of leakage.

Requirements for Refund or Replacement

To process your refund or replacement, please provide:

  1. Your order number

  2. Photos of:

    • The outside of the box with the shipping label

    • The inside of the box with the dry ice bags (note: these are clear plastic bags and may be empty if the dry ice has completely sublimated)

    • The packing slip

    • The damaged or affected product

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Order Changes

Once a shipping label is created, we cannot modify your order, including holds, product changes, or address adjustments. Please verify your order confirmation email for accuracy. For additional shipping questions, please refer to our Shipping page.
