Shipping Policy for Palm Street Foods

At Palm Street Foods, we aim to ensure that your orders reach you in perfect condition and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding our shipping process.

Shipping Schedule

  • Standard Shipping: We ship orders from Monday through Wednesday using standard 3-day shipping.
  • Expedited Shipping: If you select quicker shipping options, we may ship your order later in the week.
  • Processing Time: It may take up to 3 business days for us to prepare and ship your order.

Packaging

We take great care in packing our products to ensure they arrive frozen and in excellent condition. Our boxes include:

  • An insulated cooler
  • An insulated liner
  • Dry ice to maintain appropriate temperatures during transit

Large Orders

Ordering more than 4 packages at a time may cause a delay in shipment as it requires custom packaging. Please allow additional processing time for large orders.

Shipping Costs

Due to the requirements of shipping frozen products, including the use of insulated containers and dry ice, shipping can be expensive. However, we offer free shipping on orders of $90 or more (3 packages).

Shipping Locations

 We currently only ship to the continental United States. If you are located outside of our current shipping zones and would like to try our product, please reach out to customer.support@palmstreetfoods.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
